Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to virtually any address within the United States. Note that there are restrictions with regards to rural addresses and shipment ability. We will also ship internationally (see international delivery). Your package is completely insured by Savoy Watches.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE DUE TO THE CONTENTS AND INSURANCE REGULATIONS.

Normally your merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours of time of purchase. Our shipping department will also track your package to make sure it arrives when indicated.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

Paying online with a credit card is easy and safe. Just enter your credit card information during Checkout. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Or, make shopping even faster and easier: Paypal is also available. Unfortunately, we are unable to process Checks, Money Orders or Google Checkout as form of payment. Additionally, we are unable to send packages C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery). When ordering online, applicable sales tax will be applied when shipping to states in which it is required by law to do so.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We accept international orders from selected countries ONLY. We reserve the right to transfer an online order if a local retailer is available. We do not offer free shipping to international destinations. Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are determined based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and will have to be paid upon package arrival by the person making the purchase. IWG is not responsible for any failure to pay these taxes and duties or any additional costs if the shipment can not be delivered or is refused. IWG do not deliver to a PO Box address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Articles are accepted for exchange only if returned in unworn condition with box and original protective coverings and packaging within 10 days after purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt or proof of purchase; otherwise, the return will not be honored. Return will only be accepted in the United States if sold on www.savoywatches.com. We offer exchange only for any other countries.

Please send to your regional Customer Service Center within the United States or contact your local retailer for additional return information outside of the USA. We do not accept returns or exchanges if the product has been altered, customized in any way or if it shows any sign of wear. You must obtain a Return for Inspection Authorization (RFI) number from Savoy before returning merchandise. We will not accept any merchandise without an RFI number. Please contact a Customer Service Specialist by e-mail or phone to obtain an RFI number. Return merchandise must be shipped prepaid via a traceable carrier such as Federal Express, USPS or United Parcel Service (UPS) and insured for the full purchase price. Savoy is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is not sent in the manner set forth above. Packages may be sent to our Customer Service Center below indicating the following: Your name Original invoice number Detailed description of the problem Your return address, phone number and e-mail address

REQUESTING WARRANTY & OTHER REPAIRS

International warranty shipping and handling fees may vary. Please check first on our website at www.SavoyWatches.com the location of your service center. For service work that is not covered under this warranty, the SAVOY Customer Service Center may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on watch style and type of work requested. These charges are subject to change. Such charges will be notified and agreed by you prior to performing the services. Should service be require, please follow the mailing instructions below:

1. Enclose a $25.00 check or money order to cover processing, handling and return postage, made payable to International Watch Group.
2.Include a copy of the warranty coupon filled in as required.
3.Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt to validate the date of purchase.
4.Please download the Watch Repair Form. Include this form with your SAVOY watch when sending it in for repairs. One watch per form, please.
5. Do not send the original packaging received at the time of purchase along with your watch, as it cannot be returned.

Package the watch carefully, enclose the necessary documents and check or money order for handling charges, and send to:

Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive your package for your watch to go through the repair process. Do not send original packaging, as it will not be returned. SAVOY highly recommends you insure your parcel and adequately protect the watch during shipment. SAVOY is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment.
